I often talk about the entrepreneur mindset and the importance of knowing yourself on a deeper level.
The more you know who you are and the way you process information only helps you to be a better entrepreneur, achieve success faster and just have a more fulfilling life.
You may have seen these mysterious 4 letter acronyms like INTJ-A, ENFP-T, or ESTJ-A before a wondered;
“What do these letters mean?”
These acronyms each refer to a specific trait, with certain trait combinations forming various types and type groups that then place in in one of the 16 personality types.
Here are the 16 acronyms and a short description of each.
You can learn all about the framework they use to come up with the test and these personalities and dive deeper into each one if your interested.
My Test Results
I took the test and answered as honestly as I could. It took me about 10 minutes and the test determined that my Personality type was The Campaigner and my acronym was ENFP-A.
Here are the details.
Strategy: People Mastery
- Extraverted – 90%
- Intuitive – 51%
- Feeling – 67%
- Prospecting – 64%
- Assertive – 82%
The ENFP personality is a true free spirit.
They are often the life of the party, but unlike Explorers, they are less interested in the sheer excitement and pleasure of the moment that they are in enjoying the social and emotional connections they make with others.
Charming, independent, energetic and compassionate, the 7% of the population that they comprise can certainly be felt in any crowd.
ENFPs are fiercely independent, and much more than stability and security, they crave creativity and freedom.
My thoughts on the results
After taking the test I find that the results accurately described my personality.
